This massager works only with 120V electricity so make sure to check your power voltage before orderin it.
This is a Shiatsu Foot Massager, not a vibration type foot massager.
The massage performance maybe affected if the arches of your feet are too high.
Please note that this massager only gives off mild heat for safety purposes. It will be more noticeable within 5-10 minutes of use.
The red light on the foot area will automatically turn off after about 20 minutes of operation. This is due to the built-in over-heating protection of the device. But it will automatically turn on when the temperature cools down.
If you think the massager is too hard and painful for you, try to place a towel in between your feet and the massager. When you get used to the pressure, you can remove the towel for a better experience.
